The service is not legal, financial, investment, security, export-control, or procurement advice. Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected at checkout until canceled through the available billing path or by contacting RFDELTA. Paid access, PDF packets, archives, custom watchlists, and private briefings may vary by plan. Refunds, credits, or plan changes are handled at RFDELTA's discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Briefs, watchlists, source notes, charts, and PDF packets are provided for the subscribing reader or organization. You may not resell, republish, scrape, bulk export, or redistribute paid materials outside the licensed audience without written permission from RFDELTA.

RFDELTA may update sources, coverage areas, publication cadence, pricing, and features as the service evolves. Use of the site must not interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, or misuse subscriber links.
